Each and every one of our accessories is carefully prepared in our studio, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact us by sending an email to hola@studio8.es.
All prices in our online shop are indicated including taxes.
Accepted payment methods are:
▶ Credit card: Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other international cards. Your card details are not collected and always travel encrypted.
▶ PayPal: an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.
Refunds
STUDIO8 offers you the possibility of returning your purchase within 14 working days of confirmation of delivery of the product. In the case of personalised products, there will be no possibility of return, in accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007.
As we are a very small brand, the logistical costs arising from the return will always be borne by the buyer.

It is essential that the product is in perfect condition. It is your responsibility to pack the product properly to avoid possible damage during transport.
Once we receive the return shipment, we check that everything is in the same conditions in which it was sent and we will proceed to refund the value of the returned products, all according to the payment method you chose when you made your purchase (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc). The payment will be reflected in your account or credit card within a maximum of 5 working days after delivery of the return.
